    The app is designed & developed for all kinds of industries. Every organization have their own routine business processes for which they are spending lot of time & money. This add-on will help those organizations save lots of time.
  • Does Protomator is lifetime free for commercial/non-commercial/non-profit organziations ?
    Yes, Prompt Softech guarantees to give access of solution for free of cost.
  • What is reliability of data driven through protomator app ?
    Prompt Softech has adopted a strong testing process to deliver a quality of solution Although Protomator app completes all verification and validation processes defined by Microsoft. Prompt Softech neither gather nor shares data processed through app to any third party person in whatsoever manner.
  • Which Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version is supported for Protomator App ?
    App supported & Tested for following versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM :

Templates in Protomator App

  • What is Template ?
    A template is something that establishes or serves as a pattern for reference which you can use for your iterative work items so you can use it at any time.
  • Which entities covered to create templates in Protomator App ?

    After doing lots of research as well as feedback from different clients ,we have decided primary entities which is mostly used across globe that includes Appointments , Tasks & Cases. App covers only 3 entities in our Initially but we are commited to include more entities in future.

    Following are three entities for which you can create templates :
    1 ) Appointments
    2 ) Task
    3 ) Case

  • Does Protomator provides support of custom entities to ru n templates ?
    No, Currently app is not supported to include custom entities to run templates.
  • How do I run template ?

    You can your saved templates by two ways in CRM :

    1 ) Record List Page


    2 ) Individual Record Page

  • Is it possible to add attachments to templates ?
    Yes, You can add attachments to templates. Each template form is having section to add attachments within which you can upload attachments. When we run templates attachments also gets created with related records.Our solution is supported for multiple attachments also.
  • Can I change Dynamic Key Identifiers ?
    No, You can not change any dynamic key identifiers within App.

    1 ) Invalid date field for Start Time

    2 ) Invalid field for Organizer

  • Case Validation Problems

    1 ) Invalid date field for Start Time

    4 ) Invalid Assign To. Please select only one User

    1 ) Invalid date field for Start Time

  • I have run template but activities are not created ?
    If you have executed template but you are not able to see any activity records created than following is a checklist for you as next step.

    Using Plugin Trace Log

    1) Log in with Administrator account.
    2) Go to settings -> Plug-In Trace Log

    3) Now search for log with Type Name = “Protomator.Workflow”
    4) Please look into error details or either submit a support request here.
